What we do

AIVisibility.global helps businesses improve how they are represented, understood, and discoverable through their websites and through AI systems. This includes reviewing how a business is currently described, structuring its information, identifying gaps and contradictions, and improving public information within an agreed scope.

No guaranteed outcome

We do not guarantee any specific recommendation, citation, ranking, traffic, lead, sale, or revenue result. AI systems, search engines, directories, and review platforms are third-party systems operated under rules we do not control and which change without notice. Our work improves the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of your business information. It cannot compel any third party to present that information in a particular way.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing information that is accurate, lawful, current, and which you are authorized to publish. We rely on what you tell us about your own business and do not independently verify every claim.

You remain responsible for any regulated, professional, medical, financial, legal, or otherwise specialized claims made about your business, including whether they are permitted in your jurisdiction and profession. If a claim requires a license, qualification, or disclaimer, that obligation stays with you.

Engagements

Project scope, deliverables, timing, revisions, and payment terms are agreed separately for each engagement. Prices shown on the pricing page are indicative starting points; the final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. Work outside an agreed scope is not included.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your business information and of content you provide. Ownership and licensing of deliverables produced during an engagement are defined in that engagement where it matters. The content and design of this website remain ours.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this website: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated abuse of its forms, and no submission of unlawful content. We may decline or discontinue service.

Articles and explanations on this website are general information about AI visibility. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your specific situation.

Liability

This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
