Information you submit

This website has two forms: an audit request and a contact form. When you submit either, we receive the information you typed into it. For the audit request that is your name, business name, email address, website, industry, city or service area, what you would like AI to understand about your business, and your confirmation that we may use it to respond. For the contact form it is your name, email address, business name if you provide one, and your message.

We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or sensitive personal information through this website, and you should not send them through these forms.

Business information

Much of what you submit describes a business rather than a person. We treat it as information you have chosen to share with us for the purpose of reviewing that business, and we do not publish it.

Server logs

This website runs on hosting infrastructure that keeps operational logs in order to serve pages, diagnose faults, and protect against abuse. Those logs are generated by the hosting provider as a normal part of running any website. Form submissions are also recorded as a structured server-side event so that a request is never silently lost before we act on it.

Analytics and cookies

This website does not currently use analytics software, tracking pixels, advertising tags, or cookies for tracking. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change is made.

How we use what you send

We use the information you submit to respond to you, to review how your business is currently represented, and — if you decide to work with us — to carry out that work. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to operate this website, including a hosting provider. Those providers process information only as needed to run the service. They operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that work and a reasonable period afterwards for business records. We do not keep information indefinitely without a reason.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and we limit what is collected in the first place. No website or transmission method is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Your choices

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond. Your rights may vary depending on where you live; we handle requests on their merits rather than claiming certification under any particular regime.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.

Updates

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date above will change when we do.
