The operating sequence
A connected job that studies, builds, publishes, and expands.
It starts with the free check. From there, the factory runs a repeating sequence — and the last step feeds back into the first.
Establish the verified record of the business
We build a factual record of the business — identity, services, customers, locations, processes, differentiators, evidence, and the claims that may and may not be made. Everything produced later draws from this.
Research customer questions and decision journeys
We map the questions people ask before, during, and after choosing a business like yours: problems, comparisons, costs, timing, risk, suitability, alternatives, and what happens afterwards.
Identify information gaps
We compare what customers need against what you currently explain, what competitors explain, and what AI systems can find — and locate what is absent, weak, contradictory, or fragmented.
Design the page and topic architecture
We turn the research into a controlled system: page families, clusters, internal links, canonical relationships, priority order, and the pages that should not be created.
Approve production priorities
Before anything is written, the priorities and factual sources are agreed with you, so production starts from approved material.
Produce business-specific pages
We write substantial pages from the approved source: a direct answer, useful explanation, business context, decision criteria, limitations, metadata, and structured data — as long as the question needs.
Quality-check facts and usefulness
Every page is checked against source material and for duplication, contradiction, unsupported claims, relevance, linking, and whether it adds distinct value.
Publish and connect pages
Under Management, and where you have given us access, we publish into your site or integrate through your CMS. Otherwise — and always for Foundation — we hand over publication-ready material, connected through meaningful internal links, for you to install.
Monitor coverage and AI visibility
We measure which questions are covered, which remain, how AI describes the business, and where competitors appear.
Work in the mode your business is in
Management runs in one of three modes, and you choose it: Aggressive Launch for a new business or a new market, Balanced Growth for most businesses, Maintenance once your visibility is strong and the work is keeping it current. The mode decides what each period is spent on — new pages, or updates to what you already have. You can change it at any time in your workspace.
Continue with the next production cycle
What the monitoring reveals decides what to build next. The presence keeps expanding rather than being built once and left thin.
What we need from you
The factory runs on verified information, so the work depends on a few things from the business:
- provide accurate business information
- identify sensitive or prohibited claims for your industry
- approve the factual source material
- provide website or CMS access where direct publishing is required
- notify us when services, prices, locations, or policies change
None of this is heavy, but it is what keeps every page grounded in fact. For what each stage actually produces, see the services.
What this cannot do
AI systems draw on many signals, and those signals differ between systems and change without notice. No page, file, or technical trick forces a business to be recommended. What the factory does is make the business genuinely more complete, consistent, and understandable — which improves its ability to appear for relevant questions, without guaranteeing any particular result.
Begin with the assessment.
It shows how AI currently describes your business and what the factory should build first.
